Meeting with Rep. Phil Plummer

After a busy Trick or Treat handing out candy bars, glow sticks and admiring all the great costumes, we ended October by meeting with Rep. Plummer. We thank Rep. Plummer for the time he spent meeting with us today and his sincerity to help families like ours. It was the perfect way to end a busy October for Vivian's Law.
