Statement from Vivian’s Law Regarding the Sentencing of Michael Mayor
Troy, Ohio, August 05, 2025 - Today our family failed to get justice due to the inadequacies of the Ohio Revised Code. On December 19th, 2024 we lost our bright sustaining light, Vivian Gardner due to the despicable and heinous acts of violence committed by the hands of Mr. Michael Mayor and what we perceived to be the negligence of Mrs. Michelle Mayor.
